This programme equips professionals with practical methodologies to translate digital and AI ideas into high-impact use cases, anchored to measurable business value. Participants will learn how to prioritise and justify initiatives with confidence, aligning strategic intent to enterprise-level outcomes and value realisation.
About the Programme
This two-day AI-Enabled Manufacturing Leadership for Transformation Programme is a stackable, two-module programme that integrates A*STAR’s Strategies for Digital and Sustainable Manufacturing Transformation and Digital Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into a comprehensive learning journey. It is designed to equip professionals with the capabilities to design, lead and scale AI-enabled transformation across people, processes, data and enterprise systems.
Through applied learning, exposure to emerging technologies and structured leadership reflection, participants will learn to drive a holistic transformation roadmap, align stakeholders for value capture and realisation, and build enterprise readiness for effective implementation.
