Companies, especially in but not limited to sectors such as manufacturing and logistics, often encounter several common logistics challenges that can hamper their operations and lead to increased costs. These challenges include a lack of visibility throughout the entire inventory and delivery process, reliance on manual operations that can result in error-prone data capture, and suboptimal logistic planning that leads to low vehicle utilisation. These issues exert significant pressure on companies regarding profitability and workforce management. To address these challenges, companies seek a unified and flexible solution that can streamline their logistics processes and effectively resolve these issues. Effective logistics planning and tracking as e-logistic solutions play a vital role in the success and profitability of companies. By leveraging advanced logistics planning and tracking technology, companies can unlock numerous benefits, including cost reduction, improved customer satisfaction, enhanced operational efficiency, optimised inventory management, and a competitive advantage in the market.
About This Programme
This programme covers a comprehensive understanding of logistics planning and tracking, with key concepts, knowledge, and enabling technologies across inventory management and tracking, delivery operations, and route and allocation optimisation. The course blends in-depth discussion with practical case studies, and hands-on exercises to reinforce learning. In addition to classroom sessions, participants will experience practical demonstrations that help them surface pain points and operational gaps from their own workplaces. Through facilitated discussion, potential solutions are explored and translated into a proposal for a follow-up action plan. Overall, the programme is designed to inspire improvement and digitalisation in logistics operations by equipping participants with practical modernised logistics practices.
AI Segement (What’s Covered in AI)Participants will learn how AI can enhance logistics performance and traceability by intelligently allocating and balancing delivery tasks, optimising routes for more efficient completion, and improving track-and-trace reliability. The course highlights AI-enabled item identification using technologies such as OCR, complementing RFID and QR/barcode, to provide flexible identification options suited to different operational scenarios. |

- Facilitated Presentation on Risk Management, Information Security, And Legal Regulation
- Facilitated Presentation and Hands-On Training on Inventory Management and Tracking
- Tech-Driven Efficiency in Smart Urban Logistics: Integrating Planning Engines and Algorithms For Enhanced Operations
- Strategic Integration and Regulatory Compliance in Smart Urban Logistics Systems
- End-To-End Implementation Planning and Advisory Summary
Upon Completion Of The Course
Upon Completion of This Course
Electronic Statement of Attainment (SOA) certificates (in ) will be issued by SkillsFuture òòò½Íø(SSG) to participants who have attended and attained competency in the òòò½ÍøSkills Framework training modules.
Participants must also meet the following criteria to receive their SOAs:
- Achieve at least 75% course attendance;
- Take all assessments; and
- Pass the course.
Note: Trainees will have to bear the full course fee upon failure to meet either one of the criteria.

The name printed on the Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by SkillsFuture òòò½Íøis the Skills Standard title, such as a Technical Skills and Competency (TSC) title, rather than the course title. This is because the SOA is aligned with the national , ensuring consistent recognition across industries and among employers. While the course title describes the learning experience, the SOA certifies the specific nationally recognised competency attained.

- Applicants should possess a degree in any discipline or a diploma with a minimum of 3 years of related working experience.
- Applicants who do not have the required academic qualifications are still welcome to apply, but shortlisted candidates may be required to attend an interview for special approval.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

The full course fee for this course is $2,400 before funding and prevailing GST.

Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holders
- The LTVP+ scheme applies to lawful foreign spouses of òòò½ÍøCitizens with (i) at least one òòò½ÍøCitizen child or are expecting one from the marriage, or at least three years of marriage, and (ii) where the òòò½ÍøCitizen sponsor is able to support the family.
- All LTVP+ holders can be identified with their green visit pass cards, with the word ‘PLUS’ printed on the back of the card.
