The process comprises a pre-contacting step of allowing a molybdenum-containing solid catalyst to contact with a pre-contacting gas comprising at least one selected from a lower hydrocarbon and a hydrogen gas; and a reaction step of allowing the pre-contacted catalyst to contact with a raw material gas essentially containing methane, to generate an aromatic hydrocarbon, wherein the starting temperature in the pre-contacting step is lower than the reaction temperature, and the temperature during the pre-contacting step from the beginning to the end is not over the reaction temperature.

A fluid comprising a cell culture medium is supplied to the volume. The fluid is withdrawn from the volume through the openings. Aggregated cells retained in the volume are cultured to form a cell structure. A cell culturing device is provided which comprises a conduit and a cage in the conduit. A fluid flows in the conduit. The fluid comprises the cells, the transient linker and the cell culture medium. The cage retains aggregated cells formed in the fluid, and defines distributed openings that allow the fluid to flow through.

Ferroelectric Poly(vinylidene fluoride) Film on a Substrate and Method for its Formation A method of producing a poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) film on a substrate from a precursor solution is disclosed. The method comprises preparing the precursor solution for the PVDF film and dissolving an additive in the precursor solution, the additive being selected from the group consisting of: a hydrate salt, and a hygroscopic chemical. The PVDF is added to the precursor solution. The PVDF solution is coated on a substrate to form an as-deposited PVDF film which is dried and crystallized at an elevated temperature. The dried and crystallized as-deposited PVDF film is annealed at a further elevated temperature. The further elevated temperature is greater than the elevated temperature but less than a melting point of the as-deposited PVDF film. The additive dehydrates at the further elevated temperature. A corresponding product is also disclosed.
